Graduate & Placement Programme in Engineering

About the role

Join IN2's Academy for a hands‑on graduate or placement experience within an active engineering consultancy. You will work on real projects, receive mentorship from senior engineers, and follow a clear pathway toward Chartered Engineer status.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical design work, including HVAC, water and waste systems.
• Write technical reports for services and assist senior engineers with project management, site inspections, technical surveys and design meetings.
• Contribute to diverse projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare and other sectors.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified students or recent graduates in built environment, building services, or mechanical/electrical engineering.
• Motivated to progress toward chartered status and future leadership roles.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
