Graduate Program – Teach English in China

About the role

English 1 is seeking recent graduates to join its Graduate Program as English teachers in China. You will work with young learners aged 3‑16, delivering engaging lessons using the company’s award‑winning curriculum and digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑energy English lessons in a classroom setting.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve confidence and proficiency.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.
• Utilise digital teaching resources and follow the structured curriculum.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus; sponsorship available.

Required skills

• English language proficiency.
