Group Financial Controller

About the role

We are a well‑funded, rapidly expanding investment‑led organisation seeking a Group Financial Controller to join our senior leadership team in Dublin. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will oversee group financial reporting, compliance, treasury and strategic financial analysis across a multi‑entity structure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consolidated group reporting and monthly management accounts.
• Oversee statutory compliance, audits and regulatory requirements.
• Manage treasury operations, cash‑flow forecasting and banking relationships.
• Coordinate tax compliance in partnership with external advisors.
• Support acquisitions, disposals and strategic investment decisions.
• Drive financial systems optimisation, automation and process improvements.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing finance team.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across a multi‑entity structure.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Significant experience in a senior finance leadership role.
• Strong background in group consolidations and multi‑entity environments.
• Commercially astute with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within investment‑led, asset‑intensive or complex organisations is advantageous.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deal‑driven environment.
