Guest Relations Manager

About the role

The Guest Relations Manager leads the front‑of‑house team at Conrad Dublin, ensuring every guest receives personalised, luxury service from arrival through departure. Reporting to hotel management, you will act as the primary liaison for VIP and long‑stay guests, driving memorable experiences that reflect the brand’s “Empowering and Bold” ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and direct guests in the lobby and executive lounge.
• Serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests, briefing all hotel departments on their specific needs.
• Gather verbal feedback, respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Manage long‑stay guest relations, providing ongoing assistance and information.
• Maintain high standards of service in the reception, lobby and executive lounge areas.
• Promote hotel facilities, identify up‑selling opportunities and support seasonal décor initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Executive Lounge Manager to recognise and reward loyal guests within budget.
• Ensure compliance with front‑of‑house equipment and property‑management system procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong motivation to create memorable experiences for every guest.
• Luxury mindset focused on anticipating needs and personalising service.
• Team‑player with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
