About the role
We are seeking a Head of Finance to join a privately‑owned market leader that is experiencing rapid expansion. This senior position will influence all financial decisions and help shape the company’s growth strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Month‑end and year‑end financial reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Strategic analysis and insights for the C‑suite
- Financial analysis for new products and market opportunities
- Management of financial operations and cash‑flow forecasting
- Tax planning and compliance
- Commercial business partnering with internal and external stakeholders
Required profile
- Qualified accountant trained in a Big 4 or Top 10 practice
- Minimum 6 years post‑qualification experience in FMCG or other high‑growth sectors
- Strong commercial acumen and proven track record of operational excellence
- Ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders
