Head of Marketing - Fashion

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead all marketing activities for a fast‑growing, digitally led consumer fashion brand. Based in Dublin, you will own the brand, performance and growth agenda across retail, e‑commerce and wholesale channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the full marketing strategy across brand, growth and channel initiatives.
• Define clear brand positioning locally and internationally and translate it into campaigns that drive awareness, demand and revenue.
• Lead performance and growth marketing, managing customer acquisition and retention across paid, owned and earned channels (paid social, search, email, influencers, partnerships).
• Manage marketing budgets, agencies and partners with full accountability for all key metrics.
• Partner closely with product, retail and commercial teams to deliver integrated, omnichannel campaigns.
• Ensure launches, promotions and seasonal moments are consistently executed across all touchpoints.
• Work hands‑on with creative, content and product marketing to bring new collections and hero products to market.
• Build and lead a small, high‑performing marketing team, setting priorities, goals and accountability.
• Track performance, analyse data and optimise campaigns, channels and spend in real time.

Required profile

• 4+ years of marketing experience in apparel, lifestyle or related categories.
• Proven track record leading marketing for a scaling DTC or digital consumer brand.
• Experience with a global sportswear, athleisure or fashion brand.
• Commercially minded, pragmatic and data‑driven.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑moving environment.
• Enjoys building and improving processes rather than managing large structures.
