Health & Safety Officer – Multiple Roles in Dublin

About the role

Health & Safety ROLESI is recruiting for a range of permanent Health & Safety positions across Dublin, supporting Tier 1 and 2 construction contractors on residential, commercial and fit‑out projects. Roles include Senior H&S Lead, Senior H&S Advisor, H&S Advisor and H&S Manager, each offering long‑term career progression and exposure to high‑profile sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor health and safety policies and procedures on site.
• Conduct risk assessments, method statements and site inspections.
• Provide advice and training to site personnel on safe work practices.
• Maintain accurate H&S documentation and reporting.
• Lead incident investigations and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of health and safety experience in the construction industry, preferably in residential and commercial projects.
• Valid visa to work in Ireland.
• Full driver’s licence for roles requiring site travel.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Experience with fit‑out projects.
