High‑Commission Business Development Representative (BDR)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing sales team in Dublin as a Business Development Representative. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and earning commission from day one, with no probationary earnings period.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients through outbound outreach and lead generation.
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls and product demos.
• Close deals and sign contracts, triggering recurring (trailing) commission.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in the company’s CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and account executives to optimise sales strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales roles such as SDR, BDR, lead generation, outbound sales, appointment setting or account executive.
• Strong drive for financial success and personal growth.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher education is a plus.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU citizen or Stamp 4 visa holder).
