About the role
The Human Resources Coordinator will support HR operations across multiple SLS sites, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. You will act as a key liaison between employees, managers, and HR leadership to deliver effective HR services.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and local labor laws.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation, promotions, terminations, and performance management.
- Coordinate new‑hire inductions and agency staff onboarding.
- Provide guidance to managers on complex HR issues and recommend action plans.
- Support disciplinary processes and conduct internal investigations when needed.
- Implement and monitor employee appraisal cycles.
- Manage contingent workforce, reconcile agency invoices, and submit them to Accounts Payable.
- Deliver employee training and make recommendations for further development.
- Assist payroll with benefits enrollment, changes, disputes, and leave of absence administration.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and support multiple sites simultaneously.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
