HR Coordinator

About the role

StandardAero is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to manage employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and employee record maintenance. You will act as a key point of contact for HR administrative requests and support the induction and performance review processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue employment contracts and onboarding paperwork for new hires.
• Process amendments such as promotions, transfers, and contract changes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and keep HRIS systems up‑to‑date.
• Handle employee requests for letters, social welfare forms, references, and related documentation.
• Support induction, onboarding, investigations, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work discreetly, maintain confidentiality, and balance competing priorities.
• Self‑motivated, accountable, and adaptable to changing needs.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.
