About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist/Rewards Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The role focuses on supporting and administering the Performance Review Process while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day reward‑related activities within a leading organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Performance Review Process timelines and ensure adherence to key milestones.
• Coordinate Performance Review activities across departments, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to automate and future‑proof the Performance Review Process.
• Maintain documentation and process guidelines for the Performance Review Process.
• Administer bonus processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Liaise with managers on performance ratings and bonus outcomes.
• Maintain and manage performance and reward data records with high accuracy.
• Track records of employees on Performance Improvement Plans.
• Proactively recommend and implement improvements.
• Support the transition toward more automated and scalable systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience within reward, HR, or HR administration environments.
• Understanding of Performance Review processes or similar frameworks.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities; finance background beneficial.
