HR Manager – Lead Recruitment & Employee Relations

About the role

We are a growing international manufacturing and engineering organization seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and support a broad range of HR initiatives at a rapidly expanding site. You will partner with senior leadership and global HR teams to drive people‑focused strategies, support workforce growth, and nurture a high‑performing, safety‑conscious culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and approvals through onboarding and induction.
• Manage and maintain on‑site HR policies, procedures, systems, and administrative processes.
• Collaborate with leadership and global HR partners to implement HR strategies and best practices.
• Support employee benefits administration and contribute to benefits development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, workplace policies, and HR governance standards.
• Partner with Learning & Development teams to support training, employee development, and capability planning.
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters and workplace concerns.
• Support Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives to reinforce a strong safety culture.
• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across HR and operational processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership‑level HR role.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members.
• Strong employee and industrial relations background.
• Manufacturing or industrial sector experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
