About the role
The client, a fast‑paced global group, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join its Dublin team. This permanent, full‑time position will manage the complete employee life‑cycle and report to the HR Operations Manager while leading a small team.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong, credible relationships across the business and support leaders with commercially focused HR solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on employment law and employee‑relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Manage complex ER/IR cases, liaising with trade unions.
- Drive organisational change and transformation initiatives.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition processes.
- Lead, manage and develop a team of three HR professionals to achieve performance targets.
- Support the creation of action plans that improve engagement, employee experience and culture.
- Produce monthly people‑analytics reports and dashboards.
Required profile
- Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including HR Business Partner or senior generalist roles.
- Experience in fast‑paced or matrix organisations.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee‑relations cases.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a changing environment.

- Competitive basic salary of €50‑55 k per year.
- On‑site work in Swords, North County Dublin.
- Full‑time permanent contract.
