Human Resources Manager

About the role

Boyne Valley Group, a long‑standing FMCG leader, is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a fast‑paced, values‑driven environment. You will provide hands‑on HR support across the entire employee lifecycle while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on a wide range of people matters, balancing day‑to‑day operational HR with strategic solutions.
• Own the full employee lifecycle: recruitment coordination, onboarding, probation, contract changes, performance support, employee relations, absence management and off‑boarding.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR queries, guidance, policies, letters and documentation.
• Maintain accurate HR administration, employee files, forms, templates and records.
• Continuously improve HR systems, trackers and reporting to provide timely, reliable data for decision‑making.
• Develop, review and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legislation.
• Support organisational change initiatives and introduce efficient processes.
• Collaborate with payroll and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate HR inputs.
• Deliver employee‑relations advice and help build a positive workplace culture.
