About the role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading regulatory organisation in Dublin for a Human Resources Officer. The role combines core HR generalist duties with a strong focus on data‑driven projects, offering a unique opportunity to influence strategic people initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead HR data analytics initiatives, maintain and validate HR information systems, and create dashboards and metrics to support senior leadership decisions.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns, onboarding and off‑boarding processes, and contribute to policy development.
- Support the Employee Relations Manager on strategic programmes and act as deputy when required.
- Drive continuous improvement by embedding company culture, optimising HR technologies and streamlining data workflows.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR‑focused role with a proven track record of delivering HR projects and system enhancements.
- Solid knowledge of Irish employment legislation and experience in core HR activities such as recruitment, selection and policy drafting.
- Relevant HR qualification (certificate or degree); CIPD membership is highly desirable.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU/EEA/UK citizen or valid Stamp 4 visa). Sponsorship is not available.
Required skills
- Proficiency with major HRIS platforms.
- Advanced Excel and Office 365 skills.
- Experience building visualisations in PowerBI (strong plus).
