ICT Procurement Specialist – Hybrid (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ICT Procurement Specialist to join our Brokerage team on a permanent contract basis. The role is based in Dublin 1 with a flexible hybrid working arrangement, allowing up to three days remote per week.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation of procurement frameworks and detailed procurement specifications (DPSs).
• Run tenders, drive stakeholder engagement and lead procurement planning.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle for ICT contracts, including supplier performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in an end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle role.
• Relevant third‑level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Irish and EU procurement rules and guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
