Team Lead - Offensive Security

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to head our Offensive Security Consultancy Services Team on a permanent basis. The role is based in Dublin 1 and operates under a flexible work‑life balance framework, allowing up to three days remote work each week while requiring at least two days on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Asiera clients to deliver offensive security services such as vulnerability scans, penetration tests and phishing simulations.
• Support team members through the full engagement lifecycle, from statements of work to final reporting.
• Review and ensure the quality, accuracy and consistency of all team reports.
• Develop new security services and improve existing processes and procedures.
• Procure tools, manage vendors and conduct client‑focused security workshops.
• Mentor and develop team members, conduct performance reviews and manage skill growth.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience leading or coordinating a technical offensive‑security team.
• At least two years of hands‑on experience conducting penetration tests, vulnerability scans and phishing simulations.
• Professional information‑security certifications or a qualification above NFQ level 7.
• Experience with ISO 27001 and managing Azure Core Infrastructure.
• Completed leadership training and strong client‑facing communication skills.
