Implementation Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead end‑to‑end delivery of customer projects for a fast‑growing FinTech platform. You will translate technical requirements into fully configured solutions, guide users through UAT and training, and ensure successful go‑live deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse technical requirements from clients.
• Design, configure and customise the SaaS platform, including workflows and integrations.
• Perform data mapping, migration and technical troubleshooting.
• Lead UAT sessions, deliver training and support go‑live activities.
• Manage multiple stakeholder expectations and handle escalations.
• Document solution designs and maintain project artefacts.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or solution delivery.
• Proven track record of leading complex software implementations.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in fast‑paced environments.
• Experience with ERP, finance processes or AP automation is a plus.
