Implementation Consultant – SaaS Payments Platform

About the role

You will lead end‑to‑end implementations of a B2B payments SaaS platform, turning customer requirements into fully configured, tested, and adopted solutions. The role sits in the Professional Services team and works closely with product, sales and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Gather technical and functional requirements and translate them into solution designs.
• Configure workflows, integrations, data mappings and perform technical troubleshooting.
• Conduct UAT, deliver training sessions and support go‑live activities.
• Manage project timelines, risks and escalations across multiple stakeholders.
• Provide post‑implementation support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SaaS implementation or solution delivery experience.
• Proven track record of leading complex software deployments.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and escalation handling skills.
• Experience with ERP, finance processes or AP automation is a plus.
