Implementation Specialist

About the role

The Implementation Specialist will lead customer‑facing processing implementation projects, both technical and non‑technical, ensuring high quality and reliability. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, guide them through payment processing rules, and deliver end‑to‑end project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end processing implementation projects following the global coordination methodology.
• Assess and document customer requirements and translate them into implementation activities.
• Guide customers on processing rules, specifications and required documentation.
• Identify and collect necessary implementation support documents such as contracts and forms.
• Manage multiple implementation projects in parallel while maintaining quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences, Business or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of IT system knowledge with basic understanding of network technology, applications and project management.
• Understanding of payment transaction processing, industry business principles and the four‑party model.
• Familiarity with client payment processing systems, formats and host‑interface testing.
