Implementation Specialist – Payments & IT

About the role

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join a global leader in electronic payments. Based in Dublin, you will work directly with customers on large‑scale payment processing projects, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, both technical and non‑technical.
• Gather customer requirements and deliver tailored payment solutions.
• Drive projects following global payment processing methodologies.
• Guide clients through processing rules, specifications and documentation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced setting.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in IT systems, project delivery or technical environments.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in client‑facing interactions.
• Genuine interest in payments, fintech and transaction processing.
• Self‑starter attitude with a desire to learn and grow.

Required skills

• Understanding of networks, applications and system integrations.
