Inbound Sales Closer (Remote) – Commercial B2B

About the role

REM Waste, a UK‑based waste management provider, is expanding its commercial team. The Inbound Sales Closer will handle incoming calls from trade and commercial customers, understand their project needs and close sales while promoting the company’s online ordering platform.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from builders, contractors and other trade customers ordering skips and grab‑hire services.
• Identify the customer’s project scope, scale and requirements.
• Close the sale during the call and migrate the account onto the commercial ordering platform.
• Consultatively upsell related products such as aggregates, diggers, welfare units and chutes.
• Maintain follow‑up and pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B or commercial phone sales experience.
• Proven ability to discover needs, close deals and grow accounts.
• Comfortable holding consultative conversations and spotting upsell opportunities.
• Disciplined use of CRM systems and independent target ownership.
• Self‑motivated and able to work without daily supervision.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM proficiency.
