Information Technology Support Analyst – Dublin

About the role

We are seeking an Information Technology Support Analyst to join our Dublin‑based client’s established IT team. The role is permanent and based on‑site in the city centre, offering the chance to work with a market‑leading organisation and develop your technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support to end‑users, resolving hardware, software and cloud‑service issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops, phones and other devices both on‑site and remotely.
• Assist with the setup, configuration and ongoing maintenance of end‑user equipment.
• Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory (ITAM) and track issues to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to log, escalate and close tickets efficiently.
• Contribute to IT projects such as software deployments, hardware upgrades and system migrations.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior team members when required.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a technical support or help‑desk role.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory, Azure AD and security‑group management.
• Proven ability to handle access requests and permission changes.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and a keen interest in learning new technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
