About the role
We are seeking an Information Technology Support Analyst to join a market‑leading Dublin‑based client on a permanent basis. The role involves providing first‑line technical assistance to end‑users, troubleshooting a range of hardware, software and cloud‑based issues, and contributing to ongoing IT projects.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver timely technical support to end‑users, both on‑site and via cloud services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, including laptops, phones and peripheral devices.
- Assist with the setup, configuration and maintenance of end‑user devices.
- Maintain an organised inventory of IT assets (ITAM) and track issue trends.
- Log, monitor and escalate tickets to ensure efficient resolution.
- Support IT projects such as software deployments and hardware upgrades.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Proven ability to handle access requests and manage permissions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated teamwork, attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
