About the role
We are seeking an Information Technology Support Analyst to join our Dublin‑based client’s established IT team. The role is permanent and requires daily on‑site presence in the city centre, offering the chance to work with a market‑leading organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely technical support to end‑users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and cloud‑based issues.
- Set up, configure and maintain laptops, phones and other end‑user devices.
- Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory (ITAM) and track issues to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to log, escalate and close tickets efficiently.
- Contribute to IT projects such as software deployments and hardware upgrades.
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior team members when required.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Hands‑on experience with Active Directory, Azure AD and security group management.
- Ability to process access requests and manage permissions.
- Proven track record troubleshooting Office 365 and software installations.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
