Information Technology Support Analyst

About the role

Our client, a market‑leading company in Dublin city centre, is seeking an Information Technology Support Analyst to join a well‑established team on a permanent basis. You will provide first‑line technical assistance to end‑users, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently while contributing to ongoing IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site and remote technical support for hardware, software and cloud services.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to laptops, phones, Office 365 and other applications.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets (ITAM) and assist with device configuration and deployment.
• Log, monitor and track tickets to prevent repeat incidents.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage escalations and ensure timely ticket resolution.
• Support IT initiatives such as software roll‑outs and hardware upgrades.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a technical support or help‑desk role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude with attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for technology.
