Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join the IT Service Operations team. In this hands‑on position you will support and improve core infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services, network operations and security platforms, ensuring reliable and secure IT delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, Entra ID and Intune.
• Manage Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms and cloud infrastructure.
• Support Cisco and Palo Alto networking and firewall solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, network and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Lead infrastructure projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate with external service providers and support partners.
• Maintain security controls through monitoring, vulnerability management and patching.
• Conduct Disaster Recovery testing and keep technical documentation up to date.
• Drive continuous service improvement and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Third‑level qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems engineering or IT operations.
• Strong background in Microsoft 365 administration and systems engineering.
• Good understanding of networking, firewalls, cloud platforms and security best practices.
• Experience in a regulated environment is a plus.
