Inside Sales Representative – French Bilingual

About the role
MarketStar is seeking a French‑bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join a new project for a leading hospitality platform. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new hosts into active customers, working with a fast‑moving B2B sales cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify potential new customers in the hospitality sector.
- Reach out to prospects via email, phone, or social media.
- Conduct initial conversations to assess interest and suitability.
- Manage ongoing communications until the prospect becomes a customer.
- Maintain a book of prospects and keep accurate records in CRM systems and Google Docs.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, retail sales, cold calling, insurance, telecoms, utilities, B2C or B2B sales development.
- French language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑driven.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
