Inside Sales Representative – French Bilingual

About the role

MarketStar is seeking a French‑bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join a new project for a leading hospitality platform. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new hosts into active customers, working with a fast‑moving B2B sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential new customers in the hospitality sector.
• Reach out to prospects via email, phone, or social media.
• Conduct initial conversations to assess interest and suitability.
• Manage ongoing communications until the prospect becomes a customer.
• Maintain a book of prospects and keep accurate records in CRM systems and Google Docs.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, retail sales, cold calling, insurance, telecoms, utilities, B2C or B2B sales development.
• French language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑driven.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
