About the role

Our client, a leading organisation in the energy sector, is expanding rapidly and seeks a high‑performing Inside Sales Specialist to join their Cork team. This senior‑level position offers a clear pathway to a Sales Manager role within 24 months, providing the chance to develop leadership skills while driving revenue in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Manage a high‑volume pipeline from lead generation through to close.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Support and mentor team members as required.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development or a similar role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in a high‑volume, target‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ambition to progress into management.
