International Tax Manager – Foreign Direct Investment (FDI)

About the role

We are seeking an International Tax Manager specialized in Foreign Direct Investment to join our Dublin office. You will provide high‑quality tax consulting and strategic advice to multinational clients and overseas investors.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver international tax consulting services and strategic advisory to a diverse client base.
• Lead, mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a learning‑focused environment.
• Build and manage strong client relationships, identifying tax planning and business development opportunities.
• Participate in digital transformation initiatives, applying new tax technologies to improve service delivery.
• Ensure best‑in‑class compliance, risk management and adherence to regulatory tax standards across engagements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax, preferably within consulting, advisory or industry.
• Recognised tax qualification (e.g., AITI/CTA) or equivalent with a strong academic background.
• Proven expertise in international tax advisory, Irish corporate tax and FDI structuring.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex regulations and market trends.
• Excellent communication and report‑writing skills.
• Demonstrated business development capability and a creative approach to solving complex tax issues.
• Natural leader with a passion for mentoring others and a commitment to continuous professional learning.
