About the role

We are seeking an International Tax Manager specializing in Foreign Direct Investment to join our Dublin‑based professional services firm. You will provide high‑quality tax consulting and strategic advice to multinational clients and overseas investors.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver international tax advisory services and FDI structuring for a diverse client base.
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members in a learning‑focused environment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for tax planning and business development.
• Participate in digital transformation initiatives, applying new tax technologies to improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, managing risk across client engagements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax, preferably in consulting, advisory, or industry.
• Recognised tax qualification (e.g., AITI/CTA) or equivalent with a strong academic background.
• Proven expertise in international tax advisory, Irish corporate tax, and FDI structuring.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex regulations and market trends.
• Excellent communication and report‑writing skills.
• Demonstrated business development capability and a creative approach to solving tax issues.
