IT Executive – Hospital Support

About the role

The IT Executive will deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to hospital staff, ensuring continuous operation of IT and communication systems that underpin clinical and administrative workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT incidents and service requests across clinical, administrative and operations departments.
• Provide L1/L2 desktop support for computers, laptops, printers and other peripherals; maintain hardware inventory and coordinate procurement.
• Maintain structured cabling, network rack organization and troubleshoot network‑related issues.
• Install, configure and administer biometric and access‑control devices.
• Plan, install and maintain IP‑based and analog CCTV systems, including NVR/DVR management.
• Manage IP‑based telephones and IP PBX systems, handling extensions and health monitoring.
• Install, configure and support BGM, digital signage, TV and AV solutions.
• Document issues, resolutions and IT assets in a ticketing system and train staff on basic IT usage and security.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or ITI in an IT‑related field.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience with IT infrastructure, networking and system support.
• Ability to troubleshoot application issues and work with software vendors.
• Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is a strong advantage.
