IT Helpdesk Engineer (On-site, Dublin)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Helpdesk Engineer to join a fast‑moving Dublin‑based team. The role is people‑focused, combining hands‑on technical support with real‑time interaction across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for user issues, device setups and routine troubleshooting.
• Manage and resolve 15‑30 tickets per day, collaborating closely with the wider IT team.
• Interact with staff at all levels, from junior employees to senior leaders, delivering clear explanations and building trust.
• Contribute to broader system fixes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain visibility within the organisation by being present on the floor and responding promptly to requests.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in an IT support environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Motivation to be visible and engaged across the business.

Required skills

• Solid fundamentals across Microsoft technologies.
