IT Procurement Manager – 6‑Month Contract (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking three experienced IT Procurement Managers to join a central procurement hub of a leading financial institution on a six‑month contract, with the possibility of extension. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week on‑site in Dublin city centre, and focuses on managing end‑to‑end sourcing events for technology categories.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities such as RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, pricing requests and tender evaluations.
• Prepare and maintain sourcing documentation in line with category strategy and governance.
• Conduct supplier research, market analysis, cost modelling and performance data validation.
• Manage supplier interactions, clarifications and data submissions throughout the sourcing cycle.
• Ensure audit‑ready records in procurement tools (e.g., Coupa) and support continuous improvement of processes, cycle times and data quality.
• Build effective relationships with category teams, hub colleagues, business stakeholders and suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related field.
• At least 5 years of procurement experience in technology categories, preferably within financial services.
• Strong attention to detail, proven data‑analysis capability and documentation accuracy.
• Familiarity with procurement systems such as Coupa or similar platforms.
