IT Project Manager – Dublin

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from concept through delivery and closure, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and budget.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and achieve successful outcomes.
• Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams, maintaining clear communication, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
• Manage resources, risks, dependencies, and produce regular project reporting.
• Act as the central point of coordination between business units, delivery teams, and leadership.
• Produce and maintain project plans, performance metrics, and cost, scope, and timeline tracking.
• Oversee vendor engagement, including selection and delivery oversight where required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across digital platforms and customer journeys.
• Contribute to AI, automation, and process‑optimisation projects to drive efficiency and innovation.

Required profile

• 5+ years delivering digital or technology‑driven projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and transformation environments.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholders across business and technology.
• Proactive, self‑starting attitude with the capability to navigate ambiguity and change.
• Exposure to AI‑driven or data‑led initiatives is a strong advantage.
• Experience in fast‑paced or evolving organisations where priorities shift regularly.
