IT Service Desk Engineer – Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Engineer to join our internal IT team on a permanent, hybrid basis. You will provide first‑ and second‑line support to users across multiple locations, maintain core infrastructure and ensure business‑critical services run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first and second‑line technical support for end users, maintaining high customer‑service standards.
• Manage, prioritize and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Azure AD and on‑prem AD.
• Configure, deploy and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals and specialist software.
• Manage endpoint devices through Microsoft Intune, ensuring enrollment, configuration and compliance.
• Support Windows desktop environments, email, printers and a range of business applications.
• Assist with SharePoint Online, OneDrive and collaboration platform administration.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, user guides and operational procedures.
• Provision and support mobile devices on iOS and Android platforms.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and support backup/BC processes as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Service Desk, Desktop Support or IT Support Engineer role.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical users.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple requests effectively.
• Experience creating and maintaining clear technical documentation.
