IT Support Analyst – L2 On-site

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst at Level 2 to work on‑site in Newry. This full‑time contractor role involves hardware installation and configuration across multiple office areas, ensuring all workstations and peripherals are ready for use.

Key responsibilities

• Re‑install hardware on the ground floor: two quiet rooms, one counter position, three admin desks, an ID scanner and two network printers.
• Set up a retail‑built desktop PC at the active counter position (no laptop).
• Install a dedicated admin PC on a blocked‑up counter.
• Mount monitor screens on supplied monitor arms in quiet rooms 1 & 2.
• Re‑install hardware on the first floor: five quiet rooms, mounting monitors on supplied arms in rooms 3‑6.
• Relocate the staff‑room printer to Quiet Room 1 as instructed.

Required profile

• Available to work on‑site from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Proven experience with desktop PC, monitor arm and printer installations.
• Ability to follow detailed installation instructions and maintain a tidy work environment.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with office staff.

Required skills

• Hardware installation (desktop PCs, monitors, printer devices).
• Basic networking knowledge for connecting printers and scanners.

What we offer

• Umbrella contract rate of £19.33 per hour.
• PAYE basic rate of £14.90 per hour.
• Full‑time schedule with a clear end date.
