IT Support Lead – Bonus & Flexible Working

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Lead to run our service desk function and support day‑to‑day operations for a dynamic Irish company. The role combines technical responsibility, team leadership and autonomy, working closely with infrastructure and cloud teams.

Key responsibilities

• Run the service desk function and oversee day‑to‑day service operations.
• Monitor and improve SLA performance, incident and change management processes.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to resolve technical issues.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and provide clear communication on service status.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, including senior or team‑lead responsibilities.
• Proven ability to own a service desk in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Full Irish driving licence and own transport.

Required skills

• ITIL‑based incident and change management.
