IT Support – SharePoint (Permanent)

About the role

TechHeads are recruiting an experienced IT Support – SharePoint professional to join a growing Group IT Applications team supporting users and business functions across a global organisation. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a large‑scale SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environment, driving governance, compliance, collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage governance, retention and compliance policies.
• Support Microsoft Teams, Entra ID and Microsoft Purview.
• Monitor tenant health, storage and usage trends.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders.
• Provide user support, guidance and training.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years SharePoint Online administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with data governance and retention policies.
• Familiarity with Entra ID, Microsoft Purview and SharePoint permissions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of ITIL principles.
• Eligibility: EU passport or valid Stamp 4 Visa.

What we offer

• Salary €50,000 – €55,000 per year.
