Junior CSV Engineer – User Access Management

About the role

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer, is looking for a Junior CSV Engineer to manage user access across critical on‑site systems. The role offers hands‑on experience in system governance, GxP compliance and Computer System Validation within a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage user access requests across all onsite systems, ensuring correct permissions and adherence to internal procedures.
• Maintain and update access control documentation, including user access matrices and audit trails.
• Support system owners with account creation, modification, and deactivation.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, data integrity, and CSV requirements.
• Assist in periodic access reviews and internal/external audit preparation.
• Troubleshoot basic IT access issues and escalate more complex problems to the relevant teams.
• Collaborate with IT, Quality, and CSV teams to keep systems compliant and secure.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of access management processes and SOPs.

Required profile

• Experience in IT administration, service‑desk or system support within a regulated environment.
• Understanding of user access management, permissions and system security principles.
• Prior exposure to the pharmaceutical, biotech or medical‑device sector (preferred).
• Ability to follow structured procedures and maintain detailed documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
