Junior IT Project Manager / Scrum Master (Northern Ireland)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior IT Project Manager who will also act as Scrum Master for a growing software consultancy in Northern Ireland. The role offers a fast‑track career path, allowing you to develop delivery skills across the full agile lifecycle while supporting both discovery and delivery phases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and early‑phase project activities.
• Guide teams through the complete agile delivery lifecycle.
• Combine project management and Scrum Master duties to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including designers, developers, product owners, and analysts.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in an agile environment.
• Ability to lead discovery work and manage multiple priorities.
• Formal Agile training or certification (e.g., AgilePM Foundation/Practitioner, Scrum Master Certification).
• Warm, friendly, energetic, and collaborative working style focused on team empowerment.
