Junior IT Proximity Support (H/F)

About the role

CACI, the subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Assurances specialising in creditor protection insurance, is hiring a Junior IT Proximity Support professional for its Dublin office. The post is a 12-month fixed-term contract starting 1 November 2026, with no management responsibilities. You will work mainly with the IT Proximity Team and the Crédit Agricole IT service provider, as well as all CACI business departments, external partners, third-party auditors and project and IT teams in France.

Key responsibilities

• Provide IT proximity support to colleagues across CACI's business departments
• Support the IT Proximity Team and the Crédit Agricole IT service provider
• Work with external partners, third-party auditors and other IT service providers
• Support project and IT teams in France on digital transformation initiatives
• Contribute to cross-regional projects with CACI Milan when needed

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) or Master's level, with an IT formation or specialisation
• 1 to 2 years of experience in an IT helpdesk or support team
• Motivated, organised person who enjoys solving technical problems and supporting colleagues
• Comfortable learning new systems, working in a team and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
• Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Advantage: expertise in information systems, networking, cyber security or IT architecture
• Desirable: good analytical skills and accurate interpretation of data
• Asset: experience with IT ticketing systems, asset management tools and knowledge of ITIL frameworks
• Excellent working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office suite
• French and English
