About the role

Join Dalata Hotel Group as a Kitchen Porter and support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering high‑quality food service across our hotels. You will work in a friendly, team‑oriented environment where training and career progression are encouraged.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Take direction from department managers and help monitor food preparation.
• Maintain a constant supply of clean ware, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure the kitchen area remains spotless at all times.
• Work alongside the chef team to uphold HACCP standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a kitchen environment.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• HACCP compliance knowledge.
