Lab IT Administrator – GxP Lab Systems (Dublin/Swords)

About the role

We are seeking a Lab IT Administrator to manage GxP‑controlled laboratory IT systems in a pharmaceutical environment. You will ensure reliable operation, regulatory compliance, and provide end‑user support for a range of lab equipment and software.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑user support and administration for lab equipment, servers, desktops, and software.
• Troubleshoot issues across software, hardware, networks, and scientific instruments.
• Perform system monitoring, routine maintenance, backups, and manage user access.
• Author and maintain CSV documentation such as URS, FS/CS, IQ/OQ/PQ, test scripts, and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and Data Integrity standards.
• Collaborate with CSV Lead, system integrators, site IT, and operations teams.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for lab IT systems during audits and inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• Professional experience in IT or digital roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Proven track record of identifying operational issues and delivering effective solutions.

Required skills
