Lead Operator – Manufacturing (m/f/x)

About the role

Solventum is seeking a Lead Operator to oversee manufacturing activities that meet GMP quality, cost, and service standards. The role focuses on ensuring safety, product quality, and efficient material flow within a healthcare production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear direction on safety expectations and promote a strong EHS culture.
• Execute manufacturing work‑steps with minimal supervision using defined equipment, tooling, and materials.
• Verify product quality at each work‑step through appropriate tests and inspections.
• Perform simple internal set‑up of manufacturing equipment and confirm quality with the Quality department before production resumes.
• Maintain raw‑material levels by managing departmental Kanbans.
• Ensure full traceability and accountability of all produced components.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.
• Experience with GMP manufacturing processes.
• Capability to coordinate with quality teams and manage material flow.
