Lead Software Engineer – Cloud & Big Data

About the role
Fulcrum Digital is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to design, build, and scale secure, high‑performance applications that power global payment solutions across multiple industries.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop end‑to‑end software solutions using Python and React.
- Lead complex technical initiatives from concept through delivery.
- Architect and implement cloud solutions on AWS (EMR) or Azure.
- Work with big‑data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Hadoop.
- Orchestrate data pipelines using tools like Airflow or Nifi.
- Mentor and grow engineering teams while ensuring software quality.
Required profile
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and make decisive decisions.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ownership mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience mentoring engineers and fostering team growth.
