Legal Counsel – Litigation & Dispute Resolution

About the role

Ryanair is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its Legal and Regulatory Affairs Department. The role will support high‑profile litigation and dispute resolution across the airline’s European network, working from one of the company’s offices in Madrid, Warsaw or Dublin.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑profile litigation affecting Ryanair’s policies, terms & conditions, and oversee administrative and court proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with EU and national laws in areas such as payments, advertising and consumer protection.
• Draft, review and advise on B2C and B2B contractual terms, including promotions and competitions.
• Prepare legal briefs, correspondence and other documentation.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with external counsel.

Required profile

• LL.M in EU law.
• 2‑3 years of legal experience advising large multinational companies.
• Excellent drafting, presentation and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organisational, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly and show initiative.
• Fluent English; additional European language is a plus.
