About the role

Global Medics is recruiting an experienced Obstetrics and Gynaecology doctor to work as a locum Registrar in Ireland. The role suits a motivated doctor who wants to join a dynamic team and offers rates of up to 71 EUR per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care to patients in various clinical settings
• Supervise and support junior doctors and medical students
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure good patient outcomes
• Assess patients thoroughly, develop treatment plans and monitor progress
• Take part in ward rounds, case discussions and clinical audits
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Required profile

• Medical degree and full registration with the Irish Medical Council
• Previous experience as a Registrar or equivalent
• Eligibility to work as a locum (Irish, UK or EU passport, or Stamp 4, Stamp 1G, Stamp 1G Visa)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to continuous professional development
