Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join a growing interiors and fit‑out business in Dublin. You will support the operations team by coordinating supplier orders, deliveries, warehouse movements and project logistics across multiple customer sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices and resolve supplier invoice queries.
• Handle order confirmations and follow up on outstanding confirmations.
• Coordinate deliveries to customer sites and warehouse locations, maintaining delivery schedules.
• Liaise daily with suppliers, warehouse teams and internal stakeholders.
• Support warehouse operations, including cross‑docking and stock coordination.
• Maintain accurate information in internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Attend logistics and project planning meetings as required.
• Provide cover for the Logistics Manager when needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, coordination or administration.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail with strong follow‑up skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
