Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join DSV’s Control Tower team in Dublin. The role provides end‑to‑end operational support, ensuring shipments move smoothly across air, road, ocean and specialist services while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments from booking to delivery across multiple transport modes, including high‑value and secure movements.
• Track shipment progress, provide timely updates and reporting to customers.
• Identify and resolve issues or delays, implementing practical solutions to keep shipments on schedule.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the Control Tower team to ensure consistent service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar transport logistics role.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Team player who can also work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
